SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We offer FREE shipping across India for orders greater than Rs. 1717. We ship all over India wherever courier service is available.
  • Items will be dispatched within 48 hours and delivery will take up to days depending on the delivery address.
  • Valid for certain pin codes only

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration
  • You will receive a next e-mail once your order has shipped within 48 hours which will include tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your consignment.

RTEURNS

Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

  • Packets that have live or dead weevils or where the product has gone bad at the time receipt of goods/materials.
  • Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • Products that have expired by the time of delivery.

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

CANCELLATIONS

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Millet leaf reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@milletleaf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at care@milletleaf.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
